The Railway Recruitment Board Junior Engineer, abbreviated as RRB JE exam is conducted by the RRBs (Railway Recruitment Boards) to hire deserving candidates from engineering backgrounds to fill in various technical profiles in the Indian Railways. The RRB JE recruitment is a process or exercise meant to recruit JE (Junior Engineer), CMA (Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant), Junior Engineer (Information Technology) and Depot Material Superintendent (DMS). Aspirants interested in appearing for the RRB JE 2022 exam must submit the application form online. The exam notification is yet to be declared by the recruiting board.

RRB JE Exam 2022 Pattern & Syllabus
RRB JE recruitment process will be conducted through the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (1st Stage)
- Computer Based Test (2nd Stage)
- Document Verification/Medical Examination (as applicable)
Negative Marking: There will be a provision of negative marking in both the CBTs. 1/3rd of the marks allotted to any question will be deducted for the wrong answer.

RRB JE Pattern and Syllabus (1st Stage CBT)
The first stage CBT will comprise of 100 objective type questions with multiple choices. The duration of the test will be 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates accompanied by Scribe). Questions will be from the following areas:
