What is Gate exam

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a prestigious national-level examination in India. It is primarily conducted to test a candidate’s knowledge and understanding of core subjects in engineering, technology, and science. The exam is organized jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) on behalf of the National Coordination Board – GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), India.

Key Features of the GATE Exam
